【微电子技术】

市场需求:
  信息产业是21世纪的支柱产业,微电子是信息产业的命脉,微电子技术的核心就是集成电路。上海是我国微电子发展重地,该专业系上海紧缺人才专业。

培养目标:
  掌握微电子基本理论知识和实验技能,熟悉集成电路制造工艺和设计原理,能从事集成电路版图设计工作,芯片制造企业从事技术、营销或管理的高等技术应用型专门人才。

业务能力:
  掌握集成电路及其他新型集成器材的设计方法、工艺操作原理;运用电子技术、计算机技术及工艺、测验技术、进行大型设计项目的后端设计或技术辅助工作;具有集成电路技术管理能力、营销推广能力;具有较强的外语阅读能力。

就业领域:
  在集成电路公司或企业研发中心任助理版图师、版图师,在芯片制造企业或公司任封装、测试技术工作、技术管理或营销工作,也能进入到通讯或计算机等相关企业从事集成电路的推广应用工作。

 

Microelectronic Technology

Market Demand:
  Information Technology is regarded as the mainstay industry in the 21st century, and the lifeblood of IT is microelectronic technology, the core of which is integrated circuit. Shanghai, the most favorable and important venue to develop this technology in our country, is now in urgent need of the expertise in this field.

Aim:
  The Aim of the program is to equip students with all-round development in fundamental theoretical knowledge and practical skills of microelectronics, facilitate students into the craftsmanship and design principle of integrated circuit, and to make out of students the talents to apply advanced technology specialized in integrated circuit design, manufacturing, Hermetical Assembly and marketing, thus to meet the need of modern economic development.

  Introduction to Law, Introduction to Computing, English, Calculous, General Circuits, College Physics, Engineering Mathematics, Simulated Circuits, Digital Circuit, Principles of PC and Interfacing Technology, Principles of Integrated Circuit Technics, Principle and Design of Integrated Circuit, Computer Network and Application, Testing skills of Semiconductor Hermetical Assembly, Introduction to Semiconductor Chemistry, Semiconductor Physics, Semiconductor Devices, Experiment of Semiconductor Technics, Semiconductor Physics and the Experiments of Electronic Devices, Semiconductor Photoelectric Devices, Semiconductor Sensors and Testing skills, Reliability Analysis on the Semiconductor Devices, Hardware Design Language and Simulated Circuit, FPGA Design and Practice, Integrated Circuit Chip Designer Qualification, etc.

Career Opportunity:
