Throughout the last three years we have worked very closely with Pearson to achieve our goal of becoming the most highly respected English language provider in China. During this period we’ve achieved great success by adjusting, improving and innovating “Longman Schools” approach to ESL education. As you all know the children’s English training market in Shanghai is very competitive but this has only made us stronger. We have worked hand in hand in a joint effort in order to achieve our great goal. We have the means to understand our company’s vision, being a highly respectable English training organization , and have moved forward toward achieving this objective. Many thanks for your support, your loyalty and dedication during the last three years.
2012年，我们将迎着一个新的高点继续我们的创业征程，而我们已经驻守了四年的黄浦区图书馆17楼总部也将搬迁至乐宁虹口校区。本次总部搬迁基于以下三点原因：1、自2010年11月15日上海市静安区发生严重火灾以来，上海市教育局提高了对全市教育培训机构教学网点的消防安全要求，高层建筑不适宜少儿培训；2、我们的上级主管政府部门--虹口区教育局希望“乐宁教育”总部迁回我们的企业注册地—虹口区；3、黄浦区国有资产总公司已经明确告知黄浦区图书馆已被整体置换，经书面通知后可收回17楼场地。
Soon the New Year 2012 will be here and in an effort to expand and make more efficient our operational procedures, the Headquarters location currently on the 17th floor of Huangpu Library will be moved to HK branch center.
The reasons for relocate are as follows:
1. After the serious fire that had occurred at Jing’an district on Nov. 15th, 2010 the Shanghai Education Bureau has made it a stipulation that high-rise buildings are no longer approved for children’s training centers. Therefore the 17th floor is no longer a viable location for Longman Schools.
2. The Hongkou Education Bureau, which is our governing body, prefers that our headquarters be located in its original place of registration —Hongkou district.
3. The Huangpu district state-owned property controlling company that manages our current location has given us a written notice informing us that the Huangpu district government wishes us to vacate our current location for they have future plans for its use.
为此，我们制定了总部搬迁和黄浦移校的战略计划。总部的搬迁和原黄埔学校的员工和学生安排，我们将把具体的时间表和规划，与相关人员进一步沟通。同时新校的选址和评估工作已经如期展开，预计2012年上半年新校开业。对于本次搬迁调整，相信大家能够理解谅解、克服困难！因为我们是风雨同路的创业伙伴！“乐宁教育”是我们共同的大家庭，她承载着我们太多的憧憬、希望和幸福！
For the above reasons, we have made plans for the relocation of the HQ and Huang Pu branch center. We will coordinate the exact schedule and plans with the related staff and will work with them in the relocation process. Currently the site selection and evaluation of new branch centers is moving forward and the new branch centers shall go into operation in the first half of 2012. Hopefully everyone will understand the motive behind these moves and will be helpful in overcoming the difficulties of this relocation. Again I would personally like to thank you all in advance for your cooperation and support in this matter
